What is Focal Point?

In short, it is your one-stop shop to have your training and nutrition programmed for you.

How many times have you followed an exercise or diet plan and not yet understood how or why you are doing the directions prescribed?

By getting on board with us you will not only improve and achieve your goals at an alarmingly fast rate but truly understand how and why.

Focal Point is designed by two experts, combining both nutrition and training in their exercise plans to allow easier access for our clients to  see results and build a life long investment.

Three Stages to our Coaching

We have structured a unique training programe to allow you to understand what you are achieving and to be able to take ownership of your body. The programme is flexible to suit everyones personal needs.

Weeks 1 - 4

Tell us about your goals & book a consultation.

In weeks 1 - 4 we will get to know you inside and out, you’re strengths/ weaknesses, likes/dislikes and more. We will see you twice a week either in person or virtually creating an individualised training programme and a nutritional plan designed to meet your goals.

Weeks 5 - 10

Train with more knowledge.

At weeks 5-10 the intensity of the sessions will be increased as your capacity and skill does too. By this point your confidence will be building alongside your understanding knowledge of how to train and fuel yourself efficiently.

Weeks 11-15

Feel Empowered.

At weeks 11-15 you will be armed with all the knowledge you need, from there we will discuss the next step to continue your journey. From our experience, we generally transition our clients to online programming with the knowledge you will have gained. However, if this is not right for you at this point there are many other options at your disposal.

Originally from Dublin, I grew up playing Gaelic football and basketball and at 16 I decided to pursue higher education in London studying Dance and Musical Theatre. After receiving First Class Honors I became a Level 3 Personal trainer.

All of these areas leave me with an abundance of knowledge that I use to help numerous people of all different backgrounds with many different goals.

At the age of 8 I joined taekwondo, as I progressed I began to wonder how I could maximise my performance through exercise and nutrition. Fast forward to now, I am a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer. I hold a degree in Sport Science and a post grad distinction in Level 7 Performance NUTRITION, I am also fully qualified in Ante and Post Natal exercise and nutrition.

As a nutritionist I cater for all dietary requirements and intolerance, every programme will be based upon your own metabolism, energy expenditure and anthropometric data which I will calculate for you. 

How we will work together

Working with me you will gain access to an app called SenPro which can be accessed on your phone, laptop or tablet where I can analyse your current diet, set your macros, plan your meals and work closely with you to achieve your goals.

I specialise in: maximising recovery, increasing lean muscle mass, weight management and weight loss, metabolic regulation, supplementation, ante and post natal nutrition, eating disorders, elite sports performance.
